The philosophy of Gaspacho Films is in short to apply creativity, professionalism and rigor to everything it produces. Indeed the company has already won several prizes and excellence awards.

Our Production Services have thus produced or contributed to the production of more than five-hundred (500) commercials, television shows and videos for more than one hundred and forty-five (145) companies and organizations.

Spoken effectively either in French, English or Spanish, the name of the company evokes a spicy soup that is refreshing at the same time, exactly like what its team wishes to create : entertaining films that encompass important messages.

The company's first film, the short "EMILIO", was shown in movie theatres across Quebec and acclaimed by critics. The following three films were selected in twenty international festivals and all picked up by distributors.

Notably the film "Mon Cher Robert" by Claude Brie has the great honor of being among the finalists of the prestigious Prix Jutra 2010, in the category "Best Short Film".

The short film "Of Mothers and Tides" by Alain Fournier, a co-production with Dock Films, won three festivals: Fantasia, Brussels and Trouville. Already shown on television in Quebec, "Of Mothers and Tides" will be shown on television across Europe.

Next the film "La Guérison", directed by Louis-Thomas Pelletier, won the 29th festival du cinéma international en Abitibi-Témiscamingue and continues its worldwide tour after being presented in many great festivals.

Four films were produced in 2010, including "Le Briefing", also directed by Louis-Thomas Pelletier, presented for its World Premiere at the 2011 Rendez-Vous du Cinéma Québécois. As for the other three films, "Le Poids du Vide" directed by Alain Fournier, "Cheese" directed by Louis-Thomas Pelletier and "Une Porte sur Élise" directed by Manuel A. Codina, they will have their World Premieres later this year.
